The grove grew from 57 centennial Buža trees that Silvano regenerated and now counts over 2,500 trees on 10 hectares, with every olive picked by hand and milled within six hours of harvest.

The range runs from Brist Oleum for cooking to the Premium oils and an Exclusive Selection from the century-old trees, and the oils have taken three golds at the New York International Olive Oil Competition. Owner-led grove tours visit the 13th-century chapel of Sta. Margherita inside the grove.
