Transfers here are quoted before the ride rather than metered. Some firms price each request from the route, date, group size and luggage, others set a starting fee plus a rate per kilometre with fixed fares on the main routes out of the airport, and one quotes all-inclusive fares with motorway tolls in the price. Fleets run from three-seat sedans to seven- and eight-seat vans, with a 15-seat minibus for groups, and drivers meet arrivals as they leave the terminal, some holding a name sign.
The regular runs stay close: Pula centre, Verudela and Štinjan, Fažana, Medulin and the marinas, then north to Rovinj, Poreč and Umag. The same firms drive to Venice, Trieste, Ljubljana and Zagreb airports, charter sailors use them to reach the marina where they board, and one charges nothing extra for luggage, child seats or a delayed flight. Without a booking, taxis wait outside the terminal by the bus stop, and the airport runs its own shuttle bus to Pula bus station.
