Where to go out in Pula after dark
Pula's nightlife spans rock and jazz bars, rooftop cocktail terraces, Istrian wine bars, beach bars on the southern coves and live-music clubs.
In the centre, around the Forum, Danteov trg and the streets near the Arena, several bars work as café bars by day and switch to cocktails, DJs or live bands at night, from a rock bar with jazz evenings to a rooftop terrace facing the amphitheatre and an enoteca on the Forum. The Rojc centre adds a club for original bands and electronic nights, and big concerts in town bring after-parties.
On the southern shore, the beach bars on the Valkane and Valsaline coves run DJ sets and party days in summer, with tables for the bigger parties reserved in advance, a beach club on Kuje Bay at Ližnjan rents daybeds, Verudela has a rooftop lounge over the marina, and the Stoja campsite keeps a wine bar under the pines with vinyl nights.
